These terms apply to the members area and the family office directory. They sit alongside the general terms agreed with DR-Ventures, a trading name of Dossier Research Ltd.

The directory is for your own fundraising
Family office records in the DR-Ventures directory are licensed to the individual member for the purpose of researching and approaching investors for their own company. They are not for resale, for building your own database, or for any other commercial use.

No copying, exporting, scraping or sharing
Do not copy, screenshot, export, bulk-download, crawl or scrape directory records by any means, including automated tools. Do not share records, log-ins or screenshots with anyone outside your membership. Access is logged and watermarked to the member account.

Accounts may be suspended
We monitor access patterns. Members who copy, export, scrape or share directory data may have their access suspended or terminated without refund, and we may pursue any further remedy available to us.

Records change and may be withdrawn
Investor records are compiled from public and licensed sources and are provided as a research aid. They are not investment advice, not an offer, and not a guarantee that an investor will respond. Anyone listed may ask to be removed, and records may be corrected or withdrawn at any time.
