What we store
Your account details (name, email, membership status), the pitch deck you upload, your shortlist, and access logs recording which records you viewed and when.

How your deck is processed
Decks are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to extract the details we use for matching and to write the short explanation of why each family office might fit. Your deck file is held in private storage and is only served to you through a signed link.

Decks are not confidential
We do not treat uploaded decks as confidential material. Please do not upload anything you need kept private. Remove or redact anything sensitive before uploading.

Where investor records come from
Investor contact details are compiled from public sources and from licensed databases under our own subscriptions. We do not sell or redistribute those records. Anyone listed can ask to be removed at any time.

Removal requests
If you are listed in the directory and want your details corrected or removed, email office@dr-ventures.com and we will blank the named contacts on that record.
